Treat your team to Christmas Lunch at Founders’ Hall

With Christmas approaching, Founders’ Hall is offering a festive lunch option designed to suit smaller office teams or private gatherings. The Bistro 1365 Christmas Menu provides a three-course lunch with pre-lunch canapés for £55.00 per person (including VAT).

The menu combines traditional seasonal dishes with vegan alternatives:

  • Canapés: Smoked Duck on Toasted Brioche with Sweet Beetroot Chutney; Crab Cakes with Herb Mayonnaise; Spicy Ratatouille in Crisp Croustade Cup (Vegan)

  • Starters: Hot Smoked Salmon & Horseradish Pâté with Melba Toast, Caper & Dill Dressing; or Beetroot Carpaccio with Vegan Feta & Truffle Dressing, Walnut Crumb, and Watercress Salad (Vegan)

  • Main Courses: Sage & Thyme Roast Norfolk Turkey Breast with Cranberry Stuffing, Bacon-Wrapped Chipolatas, Roast Red Potatoes, Honey Parsnips, Carrots, Sprouts and Gravy; or Butternut Squash & Spinach Wellington with Roast Red Potatoes, Honey Parsnips, Carrots, Sprouts and Sage Gravy (Vegan)

  • Desserts: Fruity Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce and Mixed Berry Compote; or Chocolate Brownie with Hazelnut Crumb and Ice Cream (Vegan)
